Hey, guys.
Been a while since I've checked the forums and when I do I get sort of depressed seeing all the stuff I've missed out on quitting WoW.
Grats on the progress you're making, btw, I don't know TBC instances but I'm sure you do them and they do you justice. 
I'm toying around a little on LOTRO these days(Marina/Sinead/Serefast/Thorgrimur/Arclight on Gilrain if anyone of you are or find your way there sometime), AOC got postponed(again!), and I'm not sure I'll even bother. Not sure I have the HC player in me anymore.(which, for those who know me in RL, might be considered a good thing)
Anyway, love you all.(no, Thalacus, not like that)
Keep looting that dog!

Hahaha! I forgot about that level 1 business when I left!
Warhammer? Don't know it. Nah, think I'll stick to casual LOTRO-playing, seems like an ok game to just meddle around with once in a while.
I did start a minstrel(healer as always) but found out that all they do is play music. To heal, to hurt... I mean, you must be pretty miserable at your instrument to actually hurt someone playing it... So, having gotten to my feet again after that strike below the belt I went on a crusade to test the other classes. Game is different, don't know if it sucks, but rereading LOTR and it's kind of cool to follow and see which "gaps" in the books the storyline in the game takes advantage of. Made my first visit to Weathertop the other day, been to Old Forest to see Tom Bombadil and Old Man Willow and done some quests for Strider in Prancing Pony in Bree(before Sam and Frodo gets there). It's quite ok for passing time, although I expect HC raiding at high level lacks something to be desired. From what I've seen of instances, less planning is needed than in WoW, you basically just nuke. Then again you have normal, signature, elite, elite master, nemesis and arch-nemesis mobs and I've only been up against elite master so far.
That was todays rant about LOTRO. |

heya Arclight,
i did try LOTRO aswell, lotsa content but game engine is somewhat "wooden" , especially if you watch NPC's walk in towns... theye move like thers a stick in their arss |
